FAQ
WoowBill Distributor questions
Do my retailers need to install an app?
No. Retailers open your order website on any phone browser and log in with their mobile number and a PIN you give them. They see their own prices and live stock.
Is the owner and salesman app extra?
No. The owner app, salesman logins and the retailer order website are included and do not count as PCs.
How many PCs are included?
10 office PCs, and you can add more PCs as you grow. For more than 25 PCs we give a custom quote.
Can I control credit?
Yes. Set a credit limit and credit days for each customer. A bill over the limit needs a manager's PIN or the owner's approval from the phone app.
Do you support e-invoice and e-way bill?
Coming soon. Distributor already makes A4 GST invoices, bills of supply, credit notes and challans, plus GSTR-1 and Tally exports.
